I had every intention of posting the grand finale of our DIY Doll Grocery Store last week; however, some last-minute furniture pieces delayed me. Not trying to boast or anything, but I think you’ll be impressed with the new additions?. Honestly, I could spend eons beautifying this space and making little tweaks here and there, but I think it’s time we moved on, especially since there are other crafts I’m ready to start. So let’s wrap up this project by finishing the outside before taking a tour of our finished, Barbie-sized supermarket.Read The Post
The inside of our dolly supermarket is nearly done. We’ve decorated the walls and floor, put in a checkout counter, and made a couple of sales bins and a freezer. However, the bins and freezer aren’t enough to hold my entire collection of Shopkins and Mini Brands. I could really use another shelf or two along the back wall.Read The Post
What have I been up to lately? Just crafting a freezer for our doll grocery store, that’s all! This project took a little longer to finish, not because it’s difficult, but because my time to craft has been hit and miss lately. Even so, I’m thrilled with how it turned out and can’t wait to show you how to make one for your doll supermarket!Read The Post
Ready to get back to work on our doll grocery store? Great! Grab your glue gun and let’s get started! We’ve built a frame for our store and covered the walls and floor with paper. Now we need to add some counters and shelves so we can stock it with Mini Brands and other doll-sized groceries.Read The Post
